Returns or refunds are accepted only in the following cases:
1. Damaged Product Received
If the product arrives damaged, you must provide a full unboxing video (without any cuts or pauses) showing the parcel from all sides and the complete opening process.
2. Wrong Product Delivered
If you receive a different product than what you ordered, a continuous unboxing video is required as proof to claim replacement or refund.
Important Conditions:
The unboxing video must clearly show the shipping label, sealed package, and the condition of the product when opened.
Without the proper unboxing video, no claim will be accepted.
The product must be unused and in original condition for return approval.
Claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
Once the video and claim are verified, we will process a replacement or refund as applicable.
